Room decor is fresh and minimalist.
The check-in process was chaotic, with incorrect information given about breakfast and the lounge being unstaffed and uninviting. My experience in the Executive Lounge was extremely disappointing. the canapés were scarce, and the attendant was unhelpful, leaving us hungry. Overall, I felt neglected as a guest, which overshadowed the stay.

The dining at Dorsett was a standout, particularly with dinner served at the hotel restaurant—seriously, the flavors were next level! And can we talk about brekkie? The free breakfast may not have a massive spread, but what they offer is more than enough to kickstart your day! Loved the convenience of nearby eats like Hakoya Ramen and Golden Age Bistro, just a hop away!
Unfortunately, the pool was a bit of a zoo with kids screaming and echoing around, which didn’t exactly scream relaxation. Plus, my view from the room? Yup, it was straight into the car park.

Fresh, minimalist decor with an amazing vibe! The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the proximity to vibrant shopping and delicious dining options makes everything so convenient. The room service was prompt and delightful!
The bed could use some improvement. a sturdier mattress would make a big difference.

Great Location with Modern Amenities
I loved the fantastic location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the room was comfortable with clean, minimalist decor. The gym offered more equipment than most hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. On the downside, parking was a hassle and quite pricey, and I found that communicating with staff at times could have been more efficient.

The room I had at the Dorsett King was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower felt refreshing and clean, just what I needed after a long day. The gym had a decent variety of equipment, so I could keep up with my workouts. The pool area and the steam room were also well-maintained and spacious, perfect for relaxation. However, I faced quite an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom in my room, which was distracting. I didn't ask to switch rooms, but it made my stay less enjoyable. Additionally, check-in took an unexpectedly long time, particularly after a long day out. While the hotel provided most basic amenities, I noticed a lack of blankets and pillows, which could enhance overall comfort. Given my experiences, I think there’s definitely room for improvement here.
